Pre-dog Owner Guide 101

When having to care for my own dog, I faced many problems at the beginning. It took me several years to learn a lot about dogs and how to care for them individually. Even thought I did study and researched all about being a dog owner before adopting my own dog, Melonie, it was hard for me to be successful at all of the things from the start. There were many times when thinking back on my own experiences, I wished I had someone create a guide for dog owners–which is exactly what I created. As a passionate animal lover and believer in animal rights, I created this guide to help people be more responsible, action oriented, knowledgeable, and confident in being a dog owner. Through this work, I wished to portray my hope to help people who struggle with being a dog owner like I did.
